Do not overfill or pack items too tightly onto storage racks. Doing so may cause damage to the rack or personal injury if items are removed with excessive force.
If you are leaving home for a short period, like a short vacation, the appliance should be left on.
If you are leaving the appliance turned off for an extended period, remove all contents and turn off the power. Clean the interior, and leave the door and drawers open or slightly ajar to prevent fungi from growing in the appliance.
If the appliance is kept in a hot and humid place, frequent opening of the door may cause condensation to form. Wipe off the condensation with a clean cloth or a paper towel.
If the wine compartment door is opened and closed too often, warm air may penetrate the appliance and raise its temperature. This can increase the running costs of the unit and shorten the storage life of stored wines.
Do not install the wine cooler near heat sources or where it will be exposed to direct sunlight.
