The use of low-power radio-frequency equipment must not affect flight safety and interfere with legal communications; if any interference is found, it should be stopped immediately, and it can only be used after improvement to no interference.
The aforementioned legal communication refers to radio communication operated in accordance with the provisions of the Telecommunications Management Act. Low-power radio frequency equipment must endure the interference of legal communication or industrial, scientific and medical radio wave radiation electrical equipment.
