Sensor Cooking Mode

This feature allows you to cook some of your favorite foods without having to select cooking times and power levels.

  • Press STOP/Cancel.

  • Press Sensor Cook.

  • Select a desired menu code by using More/Less, and press START/Select.

1 Casserole (1 - 4 servings)

Ingredients for tuna and noodle

  • Serving / Noodles(Pasta), boiled / Cream of mushroom soup / Can or equivalent, starkist chunk light tuna, in spring water, drained / Milk

    • 1 serving / 140 g / 140 g / 60 g /125 ml

    • 2 servings / 280 g / 280 g / 120 g / 250 ml

    • 3 servings / 420 g / 420 g / 180 g / 375 ml

    • 4 servings / 560 g / 560 g / 240 g / 500 ml

Instructions for tuna and noodle

  • Initial Temperature: Room

  • Utensil: Microwave-safe bowl

  • Combine cream of mushroom soup, tuna and milk on a microwave- safe bowl. Add boiled noodles and stir thoroughly. Cover vented plastic wrap.

  • After cooking, stand covered for 3 minutes.

Ingredients for beef stroganoff

  • Serving / Rump steak, cubed / Plain flour / Small onion, finely chopped / Tomato puree / Beef stock / Red wine / Mushroom, sliced / Sour cream

    • 1 serving / 250 g / 2 tbsps / 0.5 / 2 tsps / 125 ml / 60 ml / 25 g / 75 ml

    • 2 servings / 500 g / 0.25 cup / 1 / 1 tbsp / 200 ml / 60 ml / 50 g / 150 ml

    • 3 servings / 750 g / 0.5 cup / 1 / 1.5 tbsps / 250 ml / 60 ml / 75 g / 200 ml

    • 4 servings / 1000 g / 0.5 cup / 1 / 2 tbsps / 375 ml / 60 ml / 100 g / 300 ml

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions for beef stroganoff

  • Initial Temperature: Room

  • Utensil: Microwave-safe bowl

  • Place steak, left flour and all other ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with vented plastic wrap.

  • After cooking, stand covered for 3 minutes.

2 Fresh Vegetables (0.2 - 0.8 kg)
  • Initial Temperature: Room

  • Utensil: Microwave-safe bowl

  • Prepare vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, beans, peas).

  • Cut vegetables into even size pieces.

  • Add water and cover with vented plastic wrap.

    • 0.2 - 0.4 kg: add 2 tbsps water.

    • 0.5 - 0.8 kg: add 4 tbsps water.

  • Standing time: 3 minutes.

3 Frozen Vegetables (0.2 - 0.8 kg)
  • Initial Temperature: Frozen

  • Utensil: Microwave-safe bowl

  • Prepare vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, beans, peas).

  • Cut vegetables into even size pieces.

  • Add water and cover with vented plastic wrap.

    • 0.2 - 0.4 kg: add 2 tbsps water.

    • 0.5 - 0.8 kg: add 4 tbsps water.

  • Standing time: 3 minutes.

4 Jacket Potatoes (0.2 - 1.0 kg, 180 - 220 g / each)
  • Initial Temperature: Room

  • Utensil: Microwave-safe dish

  • Wash potatoes and dry with a paper towel.

  • Pierce each potato 8 times with a fork.

  • Standing time: 3 minutes.

5 Risotto (1.2 kg)

Ingredients

  • 200 g risotto rice

  • 1.5 cups water or stock

  • 0.5 cup milk

  • 200 g raw beef, chopped

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 50 g frozen green peas

  • 100 g grated cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Initial Temperature: Room

  • Utensil: Microwave-safe bowl

  • Combine ingredients and mix well.

  • Cover with vented plastic wrap.

  • Standing time: 5 - 10 minutes

6 Soup/Sauce (0.25 - 1.0 kg, 250 g / serving)
  • Initial Temperature: Room

  • Utensil: Microwave-safe bowl

  • Cover with vented plastic wrap.

  • After cooking, stand covered for 3 minutes.
