Setting and Canceling Special Functions

Turn the appliance on.Press the FUNC. button repeatedly to select the desired function.Press the SET/CANCEL button to finish.Press the FUNC. button repeatedly to select the desired function.Press the SET/CANCEL button to cancel the function.

Silent Function (On Some Models)

You can reduce the noise of the outdoor unit so that it will not inconvenience neighbors.This function is disabled when you press the MODE or JET MODE button.This function is available with the Cooling, Heating, Auto Changeover and Auto Operation modes.

Jet Dry Function (On Some Models)

You can maximize the dehumidification performance.This function is available with the Cooling, Dehumidification, Auto Operation and Fan modes and the Air Purification function.This function is not available with the Sleep function.This function is disabled when you press the MODE button.

Low Heating Function (On Some Models)

You can operate the heating system to maintain a minimum room temperature and prevent objects in the room from freezing when you are away from home for extended periods.This function is available with the Heating mode.To return to the Heating mode, press the a, b, MODE or FAN SPEED button.If the JET MODE button is pressed while the Low Heating function is running, the function is disabled and the Jet Heating mode is turned on immediately (on Jet Heating models).If an error occurs, operation may be interrupted to avoid damage to the appliance.The COMFORT AIR and UP-DOWN SWING buttons cannot be used while the Low Heating function is in operation.

Auto Clean Function (On Some Models)

In the Cooling and Dehumidification modes, moisture is generated inside the indoor unit. You can reduce that moisture.Some functions cannot be used while the Auto Clean function is in operation.If you turn off the appliance, the fan continues to run for 30 minutes to clean the inside of the indoor unit.Co is displayed on some indoor units, depending on the model.

Comfort Sleep Function (On Some Models)

Use it before sleeping. The appliance will automatically change the temperature and fan speed due to creat a comfortable sleep enviroment.This function is available with the Cooling mode.The vane stops swinging and sets the airflow to an indirect angle 30 minutes after the start of the function even if the room temperature has not decreased to the desired temperature for sleeping.The definition of a comfortable sleep environment will vary from person to person.
