Inserting the Batteries into the Wireless Remote Control

Insert AAA (1.5 V) batteries into the wireless remote control.Remove the battery cover, then insert the new batteries and make sure that the + and – terminals of the batteries are installed correctly.When the wireless remote control display begins to fade, replace AAA (1.5 V) batteries.Do not use old and new batteries together.

Setting the Current Time on the Wireless Remote Control

Insert batteries.The icon below flashes at the bottom of the display screen.Press the f or e button to set the correct time.Press the SET/CANCEL button to stop the flashing.The On Timer and Off Timer is available after setting the current time.If you have already inserted the battery, reinsert it or use the RESET button to set the current time.

Selecting Fahrenheit or Celsius (On Some Models)

Set the temperature display to show either Fahrenheit (8) or Celsius (7) units.Turn the appliance on.Press and hold the UP-DOWN SWING button for about 5 seconds, to change units between 7 and 8
