Defrost Mode
During defrost operation, * will be indicated at display section of indoor.
During heating operation, if outside temperature is low and humidity is high, heating capability will be deteriorated as frost is generated at outdoor unit,therefore, the frost will be removed by performing defrost operation.
When indoor and outdoor unit fans are automatically stopped and defrost operation is completed, preheating for heating cycle will automatically be started.
* Heating operation will be started in a little time.
What is preheating function for heating cycle?
During the heating, indoor fan will not be operated until indoor tubing temperature becomes more than 22 7, therefore, this is the function to block the discharge of cold wind.
During the preheating for heating cycle, heating cannot be performed.
During defrost operation, vapor can be generated at outdoor side, and this is not a failure because it is the operation to remove frost.
