Connecting via LG ThinQ App
You can connect your device using the LG ThinQ app. Use NFC for the fastest setup.

Make sure your Wi-Fi router is powered on and connected to the internet.

Your phone must be on the same Wi-Fi network that the device uses.

Keep the device and phone within close range of the router during setup.
Connecting Manually
You can connect your device manually. Follow the steps below.

Enable Bluetooth on your phone, then connect it to your Wi-Fi network.

Open the LG ThinQ app, tap + in the top-right corner and then tap Add Product. Select your device.

Make sure the device is installed and powered on, then tap I've turned it on.

Hold your phone near the NFC area on the device, following the on-screen guide.

If NFC isn't available, tap Add without NFC and enter your Wi-Fi network password when prompted.

Press and hold the Option button for at least 3 seconds to enter Wi-Fi station mode.

Wait while the app finds and adds your device.

The device must be powered on to connect.

If NFC connection fails, remove your phone case and try again. Thick or metallic cases may interfere with NFC recognition.
