Regular Maintenance

Clean your device regularly to maintain clear video quality and reliable performance.

Part

What to do

Camera Lens

Use a clean, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust, dirt, and debris.

Speaker and Microphone Holes

Use a clean, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust, dirt, and debris.

Ball Joint

Keep the rotating part for angle adjustment clean to prevent debris from getting inside.

Wi-Fi Signal

Make sure your device is within range of your Wi-Fi router. A weak signal may reduce video quality and cause connection issues.

Mounting Screws and Mounting Plate

Periodically check that the Mounting Screws and Mounting Plate are secure.

Electrical Wiring

Turn off the circuit breaker and then inspect the electrical wiring and wire connections at the junction box for damage or looseness. If you find any damage, contact a licensed electrician.

  • Don't spray water or cleaning agents directly on the lens or the camera body. Don't touch the device with wet hands.

  • Don't use sharp objects such as needles to remove debris from the Speaker or Microphone holes. This may damage the waterproof mesh.

  • Try not to touch the Camera Lens with your fingers. Natural oils from your skin can make the video look blurry.
