Filling the Water Tank with Water
This feature is only available on some models.
Filling the Water Tank
Open the water tank cap and fill the tank with potable water.
Close the water tank cap.
Cleaning the Water Tank
Clean water tanks if they have not been used for 48 hours.
Hold both sides of the upper basket and lift it upwards.
Hold both sides of the water tank and lift it upwards.
Remove the water tank cover.
Empty the water tank.
Remove the water valve a in the water tank by turning it clockwise.
Clean the water tank and the water valve in running water. Wipe the inside and outside of the water tank and the fridge door with a clean cloth.
Mount the water tank in the reverse order of the removal process.
Fill with potable water only.
Do not fill the water tank with drinks other than water and never fill with hot water.
Do not apply excessive force or impact when removing or assembling the water tank. Doing so can cause appliance damage or injury.
Children should not be allowed near the tank.
Before using the water tank after installing the appliance, it should be washed before filling it with water.
Check if the water tank has been placed on the appliance correctly. If it is not assembled correctly, water may leak from the tank into the appliance.
If there is no water in the water tank, the cold water dispensing function of the cannot be used. Check if there is water in the water tank and then fill it with water if there is not.
