Removing the Right Fridge Door

Note

  • The number of wire harnesses may vary depending on the model.

  • Earth wire is only present on some models.

  • Remove the top hinge cover screw a. Lift the hook (not visible), located at the bottom of the front side of the cover b, with a flat-head screwdriver. Remove the cover.

  • Detach all the wire harnesses c. Unscrew the earth wire d.

  • Rotate the hinge lever e clockwise. Lift the top hinge f free of the hinge lever latch g.

    Caution

    • When lifting the hinge free of the latch, be careful that the door does not fall forward.

  • Lift the door from the middle hinge pin and remove the door.

    Caution

    • Place the door, inside facing up, on a nonscratching surface.
