Using Drum Care Feature

Run the Drum Care cycle periodically to prevent unpleasant odors in the drum.

• Remove the water container, empty it, and reassemble it.

• Turn on the appliance.

• Press the Drum Care button for 3 seconds.

  

• Press the Start/Pause button.

  • This function operates for about 3 hours.

• Empty the water container after the function has finished.

  Note

  • If the optional drain hose is installed, there is no need to empty the water container.

• Open the dryer door and leave it open to allow air to circulate in the drum.

  Warning

  • For safety reasons, do not allow children or animals to climb into the appliance. Doing so could cause damage or injury.
