Warm

This function maintains an oven temperature of 170 °F (75 ℃). The Warm function may be used without any other cooking operations.

Setting the Warm Function

• Press Proof/Warm repeatedly to switch between Proof and Warm.

• Press START.

• To cancel the Warm function, press CLEAR/OFF.

Note

• The Warm function is intended to keep food warm. Do not use it to cool food down.
