Control Panel and Functions

1. Display

   During normal operation, the display shows the current set temperatures for the fridge, freezer, and convertible zone separately.

   When the fridge or freezer door is opened, the display lights up for 2 minutes, sensing just one door signal at a time.

   The display lights up with any key operation and turns off 2 minutes after the last action.

2. Fridge

   Press this button, and the button will flash. By pressing the button repeatedly, the temperature cycles between 2 7 and 8 7, -- (turn off), and a 5-second flash confirms the selection.

   To turn off the fridge, press this button to select --. A 5-second flash confirms the selection, and the fridge will stop.

   • This button is workable both in the user defined mode and super freeze mode.

3. Convertible Zone

   Press this button, and the button will flash. By pressing the button repeatedly, the temperature cycles between 5 7 and -20 7, -- (turn off), and a 5-second flash confirms the selection.

   To turn off the Convertible Zone, press this button to select --. A 5-second flash confirms the selection, and the Convertible Zone will stop.

   • This button is workable both in the user defined mode and other modes.

4. Freezer

   Press this button, and the button will flash. By pressing the key repeatedly, the temperature cycles between -14 7 and -22 7, and a 5-second flash confirms the selection.

   • This button is workable both in the user defined mode and vacation mode.

5. Mode

   You can select the Auto(Auto Adjust) mode, vacation mode, super freeze mode and user defined mode by pressing this button consecutively. A 5-second flash confirms the selection.

9. Lock

   This locks the buttons on the control panel.

   • To lock the control panel buttons, press and hold this button for 3 seconds until the function is activated.

   • To disable the function, press and hold this button for 3 seconds until the function is deactivated.

   Note

   • If there is no operation within 25 seconds, the display will lock automatically.

   • A short beep sounds with each button press, and all buttons are only functional in unlock mode.

Available Functions

1. Auto(Auto Adjust) Mode

   You can use this mode when you do not need a high degree of cooling, such as going on vacation. When activated, this mode adjusts the temperature of the fridge and freezer sections according to the ambient temperature to optimize energy consumption.

   • Press the Mode button to choose the Auto(Auto Adjust) mode. The Auto(Auto Adjust) icon lights up after flashing for 5 seconds to enter the Auto(Auto Adjust) mode.

   • The Fridge and Freezer buttons will not work in the Auto(Auto Adjust) mode.

   • The temperature of the Convertible Zone can be freely adjusted using the Convertible Zone.

   • Press the Mode button to exit the Auto(Auto Adjust) mode.

   • The temperature of the fridge and freezer is set according to the following guidelines.

2. Vacation Mode

   • Press the Mode button to choose the vacation mode. The vacation icon lights up after flashing for 5 seconds to enter the vacation mode.

   • The temperature of the vacation mode is fixed at 17 7 in the fridge, the Fridge button is inactive, and the vacation icon will flash three times as an alarm.

   • The temperature of the freezer and Convertible Zone be adjusted freely.

   • Press the Mode button to exit the vacation mode, then after 5 seconds enter the selected mode.

3. Super Freeze Mode

   • Press the Mode button to choose the super freeze mode. The super freeze icon lights up after flashing for 5 seconds to enter the super freeze mode.

   • The temperature of the super freeze mode is fixed at -25 7 in the freezer, the Freeze button is inactive, and the super freeze icon will flash three times as an alarm.

   • The temperature of the fridge and Convertible Zone be adjusted freely.

   • To exit the super freeze mode, one of the following conditions must be met.

     • Manually exit the super freeze mode.

     • The freezing period exceeds 50 hours.

   • The mode that was active before entering super freezing mode remains unchanged.

4. Door Open Alarm

   If the fridge door remains open for 60 seconds, a periodic alarm will sound until the door is closed.

Daily use

Position different food items in different compartments according to the following guidelines.

• Door or door basket

  • Foods with natural preservatives, such as jams, juices, drinks and condiments

  • Do not store perishable foods.

• Crisper zone

  • Fruits, herbs and vegetables should be placed separately.

  • Do not store bananas, onions, potatoes and garlic.

• Fridge shelf

  • Dairy food, eggs, cakes, pasta and pizza

  • Foods that do not need cooking, such as ready-to-eat foods, deli meats and leftovers

• Convertible zone

  • -20 7 ~ 5 7: wide range variable temperature

  • 3 7 ~ 5 7: fresh fruit, vegetables

  • 0 7 ~ 2 7: drinks, beer and red wine

  • -7 7 ~ -1 7: chilling foods for short-term storage, such as raw meat, fish, seafood and dumplings

  • -20 7 ~ -8 7: chilling foods for long-term storage, such as raw meat, fish, seafood and dumplings

• Freezer

  • Foods for long-term storage

  • Seafood, fish, meat, dumplings and frozen baked goods

Temperature Setting Recommendation

The information above provides users with recommendations for the temperature setting.

The temperature setting of the convertible zone depends on the types of food stored.

• Summer (above 38 7)

  • Set fridge to 2 7

  • Set freezer to -20 7

• Normal

  • Set fridge to 4 7

  • Set freezer to -18 7

• Winter (below 16 7)

  • Set fridge to 5 7
