Cycle Guide

The appliance automatically sets the dryness level and temperature at the recommended setting for each cycle. The estimated time remaining will be shown in the display.

Press the Temp. button and the available settings are shown in the display: Low, Med.Low, Medium, Med.High or High
Press the Dry Level button and the available settings are shown in the display: Damp, Less, Normal, More or Very
Press the Dry Time button and the available settings are shown in the display: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 or 100 minutes

Default Cycles

These cycles are in the initial cycle list.

Cycle	Normal Dry
Description	Use this cycle for drying all normal items such as cotton, linen, shirts, jeans or mixed loads, except delicate fabrics such as wool or silk.

Cycle	AI Dry
Description	This cycle optimizes drying times and temperatures by detecting the laundry’s characteristics.

Cycle	Bedding
Description	Use this cycle for drying blankets or bulky items such as pillows, blankets, comforters, sheets or pet bedding.

Cycle	Delicates
Description	Use this cycle for drying dress shirts/blouses, nylons, lingerie, or sheer and lacy clothes which can easily be damaged.

Description	Use this cycle for drying towels.

Description	Use this cycle to quickly dry a small load of laundry.

Description	Use this cycle to manually select the drying time,from 10 to 70 minutes, in 10-minute increments.

Description	This cycle is a high-temperature dry cycle.

Description	Use this cycle to minimize wrinkles when drying tablecloths or wrinkle-free clothes.

Cycle	SteamFresh^TM
Description	Use this cycle to quickly reduce wrinkles and odors in fabrics using the power of steam.

Cycle	Heavy Duty
Description	Use this cycle for drying heavy-duty clothes like jeans or garments that need extra drying.
Temp.	Default: High	Available: High
Dry Level	Default: Normal	Available: All

Cycle	Air Dry
Description	Use this cycle to dry all items (such as plastics or rubber) that can be tumble dried without using heat.
Dry Time	Default: 30 min	Available: 10 ~ 100 min

Description	Use this cycle to reduce odors using steam and high temperature.

Description	Thoroughly dries cotton fabrics.

Description	Special or treated fabrics for sports or outerwear

Description	Use this cycle to reduce energy consumption.

Cycle	Easy Ironing
Description	Leaves clothes slightly damp for easy ironing.

Description	Use this cycle for drying light or small items. (up to 3 items)

Cycle	Anti-Wrinkle
Description	Prevents wrinkles by tumbling clothes after the cycle ends.

Warning

To reduce the risk of serious injury, death, explosion, or fire, follow basic safety precautions, including the following:
- Do not open the dryer door during steam cycles.
- Do not touch the steam nozzle in the drum during or after the steam cycle.

Do not use steam cycles with the following clothes, as they may be damaged.
- SteamSanitary^TM: Urethane foam, down feathers or delicate items
- SteamFresh^TM: Wool, wool blankets, leather jackets, silk, lingerie, foam products, or electric blankets.

Note

The SteamSanitary^TM and SteamFresh^TM cycles are designed for use with dry clothing.

Description	This energy efficient cycle dries a small load overnight.
Temp.	Default: Med.Low	Available: Med.Low
Dry Level	Default: Normal	Available: Normal

Cycle	Rack Dry
Description	This cycle is used with items, such as wool sweaters, silk items, and lingerie, that shouldbe dried flat. This cycle can also be used with items that should not be tumbled dry,such as gym shoes or stuffed animals. Install the rack in the dryer drum before usingthis cycle.
