The icemaker water valve will buzz as the icemaker fills with water. If the Ice On/Off button is set to On, it will buzz even if it has not yet been hooked up to water. To stop the buzzing, press the Ice On/Off button to Off position.
Do not keep the power turned on to the icemaker if the water tank is empty. Doing so can damage the icemaker.
You will hear the sound of ice dropping into the bin and water running in the pipes as the icemaker refills.
