LG Chatbot
LG Chatbot is an Artificial Intelligence chatting consultation app that can be used to find the cause of failures and solve them.
LG Chatbot is provided as an UWP app and, if deleted, can be reinstalled through the Microsoft Store. If you want to delete and reinstall it, connect to Microsoft Store ans search for LG Chatbot and install it.
To use LG Chatbot, your PC must be connected to the internet.

Using LG Chatbot

Press the [
] button to run [LG
Chatbot].Tip:Double-click the [
] icon on the right side of the taskbar to run [LG Chatbot].

Once LG Chatbot is started, press [Start Chat].

When the chat screen appears, you can start a talk.
Tip:When you input the “Service Rep.” button, you can talk directly to a customer service representative.
