There is a fault with the thermistor or micom.

  • Turn the cooktop off using the POWER ON/OFF. Turn cooktop back on using the POWER ON/OFF.

Flashing a, b, c, d

Food spill/soil on the control panel

  • Clean the surface.

Object placed on the control panel

  • Remove object from the control panel.

Controls pressed for too long.

  • If any one of the controls is pressed for more than 10 seconds continuously, this error is displayed.

  • If water or a metal object is placed on the control panel, this error is displayed.

  • Turn the cooktop off using the POWER ON/OFF. Turn cooktop back on using the POWER ON/OFF.

There is a fault with the display.

  • Turn the cooktop off using the POWER ON/OFF. Turn cooktop back on using the POWER ON/OFF.

Flashing a, b, c, d, e, f

Low voltage detection

  • This indicates low voltage to the cooktop. Call a licensed electrician.
