Strange vibration or noise

Cause

Strange vibration or noise caused by not removing the plastic drum support or shipping bolts.

Solution

  • Remove the plastic drum supporta or shipping boltsb.

Cause

If all screws are not installed properly, it may cause excessive vibration (Pedestal model only).

Solution

  • Install 4 screws at each corner (Total 16EA).

Water Leaking

Cause

Leakage caused by dirt (hair, lint) on the rubber door gasket and door seal area.

Solution

  • Clean the gasket and door seal regularly.

Cause

The gasket is damaged because the clothes are jammed between the door glass and the gasket.

Solution

  • Replace gasket or call for service.

Cause

Drain hose has come out of the drain connector or is not inserted far enough.

Solution

  • Tie drain hose to inlet hose or standpipe to prevent it from coming out during drain.

Cause

Water supply hose is improper installed or using other brand supply hose.

Solution

  • Check for proper water supply hose installation. If not, reinstall it.

Water in the washer does not drain or drains slowly.

Cause

The drain pump filter is clogged.

Solution

  • Clean the drain filter.

Washer is not filling properly.

Cause

Filter is clogged.

Solution

  • Remove foreign objects and soak the filters in white vinegar or a lime scale remover.

Cause

Leaving detergent in the detergent dispenser drawer for an extended period of time or using the washer for a long period of time may cause the build-up of residue in the detergent dispenser drawer.

Solution

  • Clean the inserts and drawer with warm water.

Cause

The water tap is not turned on.

Solution

  • Turn on the water tap.

Washer is hot or warm after finished washing.

Cause

Supply hoses are installed in reverse.

Solution

  • Attach the hot water inlet hose to the hot water inlet, and the cold water inlet hose to the cold water inlet.

Washer will not turn on.

Cause

Power cord is plugged loosely, or electrical outlet has a problem.

Solution

  • Reconnect securely the power cord or change the electrical outlet.

Service resulting from improper installation is not covered.

Cause

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Solution

  • Costs are incurred for:

    Service trips to deliver, pick up, install the product or for instruction on product use. The removal and reinstallation of the product.

Banging noise when the washer is filling with water. (Water hammer)

Cause

Household water supply pressure is very high.

Solution

  • Adjust household water supply regulator to a lower pressure or contact a plumber.
