Moving the Dishwasher

  • Transport the dishwasher on the hand truck close to its final location.

  • Tip the dishwasher forward, and carefully remove a hand truck.

Caution
  • Do not lift the dishwasher by the door’s handle, as this may damage the door hinges and cause the door to fit incorrectly.

  • Rings, watches, and any other loose items that may damage the unit or otherwise might become entangled with the unit should be removed before installation.

  • Hidden surfaces may have sharp edges. Use caution when reaching behind or under the appliance.

  • Do not use a hand truck on the front of the unit.

  • Due to the weight of the unit, it is strongly recommended that a hand truck with soft wheels or an air lift be used to move this unit. The weight must be supported uniformly across the base of the unit.
