Windows Help and Support

Windows 8 Help provides detailed information on how to use 8 easily.

Tip:

On Desktop, you can press the [F1] key to run [Windows Help and Support].

When you run [Settings] > [Help] > Menu on the [Charms] of the Start screen, the help of the currently running app appears.

Some apps may not support help.

  1. Switch to the Desktop mode after clicking the [Desktop tile] in the Start screen. And then, run the [Charms].

  2. Press the [Settings] > [Help] from the Charms to run the [Windows Help and Support].
