LG Care Center

LG Care Center allows you to easily diagnose/troubleshoot and optimize the system.

Basic and selective diagnostics functions require network support or LG Update Center support.

To use the 13Z940 Series, you need to install LG Care Center first from LG Update Center. On how to install it, refer to [LG Easy Starter].

Using LG Care Center

  1. Click the [] tile from the Start screen to run LG Care Center.

    1. Minimize/Exit Button: Minimizes the size of the window, or exits the software.

    2. Help/Information Button: Runs Help or displays information about the software.

    3. Basic Diagnostics: Diagnoses the critical areas of the system and notifies the user of any issues.

    4. Selective Diagnostics: Diagnoses specified system areas and notifies the user of any issues.

    5. Diagnostics History: Retrieves and displays past diagnostics results in full detail.

    6. PC Optimize: Clean up the files and registry and improve system performance.

    7. Reserve Diagnostics: The user schedules when to perform the Basic Diagnostics by setting the Diagnostics Cycle.
