Changing or Deleting the Password

You can delete or change the password only after inputting the current password.

Changing the Password

  1. Execute System Setup, enter the password, and press [Enter].

  2. Change the password the same way as setting one.

Deleting the Password

  1. Execute System Setup, enter the password, and press [Enter].

  2. After opening the system setup screen, use the arrow keys to move to the Security menu. Then select Set Supervisor Password and press [Enter].

  3. When the following message appears, enter the current password in the Please type in your password field.

  4. Press [Enter] in Please type in your new password and Please confirm your new password.

  5. When the following message appears, select [Continue] and press [Enter].

  6. To save the changes in system setup, press [F10].

  7. When the following message appears, select [Yes] and press [Enter]. The computer will restart automatically.
