If the entrance door is too narrow for the refrigerator to pass through, remove the refrigerator doors and move the refrigerator sideways through the doorway.
Use two or more people to remove and install the refrigerator doors and drawers.
Disconnect the electrical supply to the refrigerator before installing.
Do not put hands, feet or other objects into the air vents or bottom of the refrigerator.
Be careful when handling the hinge and hinge lever.
Remove food and kimchi containers before detaching the doors and drawers.
Do not hold the handle when removing or replacing the doors and drawers as the handle may come off.

Removing the Left Refrigerator Door
Remove the hinge cover screws a. Lift the hook (not visible), located at the bottom of the front side of the cover b, with a flat-head screwdriver.Remove the cover. Disconnect all wire harnesses c and unscrew the ground wire d.The number of wire harnesses may vary depending on the model.Rotate the hinge lever e counterclockwise. Lift the top hinge f free of the hinge lever latch g.When lifting the hinge free, be careful that the door does not fall forward.Lift the door from the middle hinge pin and remove the door.Place the door, inside facing up, on a non-scratching surface.
Removing the Right Refrigerator Door
Remove the top hinge cover screws a. Lift the hook (not visible), located at the bottom of the front side of the cover b, with a flat-head screwdriver.Rotate the hinge lever c clockwise. Lift the top hinge d free of the hinge lever latch e.When lifting the hinge free, be careful that the door does not fall forward.Lift the door from the middle hinge pin and remove the door.Place the door, inside facing up, on a non-scratching surface.
Assembling the Right Refrigerator Door
Install the right-side door first.Make sure that the plastic sleeve is inserted in the bottom of the door. Lower the door onto the middle hinge pin as shown in the figure.Fit the hinge a over the hinge lever latch b and slot it into place. Rotate the lever c counterclockwise to secure the hinge.Set the hinge cover d in place. Insert and tighten the cover screws e.
Assembling the Left Refrigerator Door
Install the left refrigerator door after the right door is installed.Make sure that the plastic sleeve is inserted in the bottom of the door. Lower the door onto the middle hinge pin as shown in the figure.Fit the hinge a over the hinge lever latch b and slot it into place. Rotate the lever c clockwise and fasten the hinge.Connect all the wire harnesses and the ground screw.The number of wire harnesses may vary depending on the model.Set the hinge cover d in place. Insert and tighten the cover screws e.
Removing Middle and Bottom Compartments
Take care when removing the bottom compartment to avoid injuring your feet.The basket and compartment assemblies are heavy. Empty contents before removing or assembling compartments and use proper lifting techniques to avoid injury.Open the compartment completely.Lift up the compartment and basket assembly slightly until it clears the rail safety stops and pull it forward until it stops.Lift the basket and compartment assembly to remove it.The baskets cannot be removed separately from the middle or bottom compartment. The entire basket and compartment assembly must be removed together.
Assembling Middle and Bottom Compartments
To reassemble the compartment, align it with the rails and insert it until it stops, lift it to clear the safety rail stops and push it in completely.
