Using Audible Diagnosis to Diagnose Issues

Follow the instructions below to use the audible diagnosis method.

• Launch the LG ThinQ application and select the Smart Diagnosis feature in the menu. Follow the instructions for audible diagnosis provided in the LG ThinQ application.

• Open the left and right compartments of the refrigerator.

• Hold the mouthpiece of your phone in front of the speaker that is located on the right hinge of the refrigerator door.

  

• Press and hold the Bottom button for three seconds while continuing to hold your phone to the speaker.

• After you hear three beeps, release the Bottom button.

• Keep the phone in place until the tone transmission has finished. After the tones have stopped, the diagnosis will be displayed in the application.

  Note

  • For best results, do not move the phone while the tones are being transmitted.
