The color of the monitor's power lamp is green.
Press the PC's power button for 5 seconds or longer to shut down it and then turn it on.
When the monitor power lamp is orange or blinking (no signal)
Disconnect the cable between the monitor and the PC and reconnect it.
If the same symptom is repeated, press the PC's power button for 5 seconds or longer to shut down it and then turn it on.
If the power is turned off abruptly, disconnect the power cable and reconnect it after 10 seconds.
Press the power button to turn on the power and check if the monitor works normally.

Use the anti-virus software to check if your PC is infected with a virus.
Select the Start button [
] > [All apps] > [Windows Tools] > [Defragment
and Optimize Drives] > [Optimize] and optimize the drive.
If the booting speed does not improve, refer to [Recovering the System] in LG Easy Guide to recover the system.
Depending on the product, some of the Windows functions may not be supported, and you may need to purchase a separate hardware, driver, or software to use the functions. Also, you may need to update the BIOS additionally. The Auto Update function of Windows is always activated. Updating Windows may incur Internet usage fees as well as additional system requirements for the storage device or the hardware.

Check if the system is infected with a virus or a malicious code.
Clean up the disk regularly.
Select the Start button [
] > [All Apps] > [Windows Tools] > [Disk Cleanup]
and follow the instructions to clean up the drive.

Unsaved data may be lost.
The wireless keyboard and mouse may be crossed due to the surrounding environment.
If this happens, keep the keyboard and mouse away from devices that may cause frequency interference (e.g. microwave, wireless router, etc.) or move the USB receivers of wireless keyboard/mouse to other USB ports.
The wireless keyboard/mouse may not be supported depending on the model.
