When you want to change the folder view

1. Run [File Explorer] on the taskbar, and then click the [View] tab to choose your settings.

   

   If you want to change the default folder view, do the following.

2. Press [] icon > [Options] > [View].

3. Click [Apply to Folders] > [OK] to save the settings.

   

When the program you removed from the Frequently Used Programs list keeps reappearing in the list

The program reappears in the list once you run it again even if you removed it from the list.

Rollback function

You can log on to the system after updating a device driver, but the system is unstable. In this case, you can use the rollback function to return to the state before you install the driver. To use this function, you need to log in as PC administrator.

1. Select the Start button [] > [All Apps] > [Windows Tools] > [Control Panel] > [Device Manager].

2. In the [Hardware] tab, click [Properties].

3. In the [Driver] tab, click [Roll Back Driver].

   

You selected the wrong Windows display language.

Refer to [Recovering the System] in the LG Easy Guide to reset the PC and set the language again.

All data will be lost during the initialization, so you must back up all critical data in advance.

When a character is entered that is different from the character of the key pressed

Either the keyboard input type or language setting is not set properly.

1. Select the Start button [] > [Settings].

   Tip:

   Press the [/] key or [Ctrl] + [Esc] on the keyboard to display the Start screen.

   

2. Select [Time & Language] > [Language & Region].

   

3. Press the [] icon > [Language Options] button of the Windows display language to open the Language Options screen, and change the settings accordingly.
