  • Press STOP/Clear.

  • Press Inverter Cook until 2 appears in the display, and press START/Enter.

  • Select a desired menu code by using More/Less, and press START/Enter.

2-1 Borsch (1.7 kg)

Ingredients

  • 300 g beef cut into pieces

  • 100 g cabbage, chopped

  • 1 potato, sliced

  • 1 tomato, sliced

  • 1 clove of garlic, minced

  • 0.5 beetroot, chopped

  • 0.5 carrot, chopped

  • 0.5 onion, finely chopped

  • 2 glasses of water or stock

  • 3 tbsp fresh greens, cut

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

  • 1 tsp vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to your taste

Instructions

  • Initial Temperature: Room

  • Utensil: Microwave-safe bowl

  • Combine all ingredients and stir thoroughly.

  • Cover with vented plastic wrap.

  • Stir at least twice during cooking.

2-2 Buckwheat Porridge (0.3 kg)

Instructions

  • Initial Temperature: Room

  • Utensil: Microwave-safe bowl

  • Wash 300 g of buckwheat and drain off the water.

  • Add 600 ml of water and salt.

  • Cover with vented plastic wrap.

  • Standing time: 15 minutes

2-3 Fish Soup (1.7 kg)

Ingredients

  • 500 g cod cut into pieces

  • 2 cut potatoes

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 chopped carrot

  • 2 glasses of water or stock

  • 2 bay leaves

  • 0.25 glass of vodka

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Initial Temperature: Room

  • Utensil: Microwave-safe bowl

  • Combine all ingredients and stir thoroughly.

  • Cover with vented plastic wrap.

  • Stir at least twice during cooking.

2-4 Jacket Potatoes (0.2 - 1.0 kg, 180 - 220 g each)

Instructions

  • Initial Temperature: Room

  • Utensil: Kitchen paper

  • Wash the potatoes and dry them with kitchen paper.

  • Poke each potato with a fork 8 times.

  • Standing time: 3 minutes

2-5 Pot Roast (1.0 kg)

Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken cut into pieces

  • 2 cut potatoes

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 tomato, sliced

  • 100 g cabbage, chopped

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Initial Temperature: Room

  • Utensil: Microwave-safe bowl

  • Mix chicken with mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

  • Add other ingredients into a big deep bowl and stir well.

  • Cover with vented plastic wrap.

2-6 Smoked Meat Soup (1.7 kg)

Ingredients

  • 100 g chopped sausage

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 tomato, sliced

  • 3 pickled cucumbers, chopped

  • 10 pipped olives, chopped

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • 3 glasses of water or stock

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Combine all ingredients and stir thoroughly.

  • Cover with vented plastic wrap.

2-7 Dumplings (0.3 kg)

Ingredients

  • 15 - 20 pieces of frozen dumplings

  • 2.5 glass of water

  • 1 bay leaf

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Initial Temperature: Frozen

  • Utensil: Microwave-safe bowl

  • Combine all ingredients and stir thoroughly.

  • Cover with vented plastic wrap.

2-8 Trout with Vegetables (0.3 kg)

Ingredients

  • 250 g trout fillets

  • 50g frozen mixed vegetables

  • 10 g butter

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Initial Temperature: Room

  • Utensil: Microwave-safe dish

  • Grease the baking paper with butter.

  • Season the trout with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

  • Put the seasoned trout meat and the frozen vegetables onto the baking paper and cover.
