Convection Cooking
This feature allow you to cook food with hot blast heating.
To preheat the oven
Press STOP/CLEAR.
Select convection mode by using FUNCTION dial, and press Enter/Clock.
Convection
Select a desired temperature by using CONTROL dial, and press START/Q-START.
Pr-H appears in the display.
The oven will beep when the desired temperature is reached. It will take a few minutes to reach the selected temperature.
Once it has reached correct temperature, place food in your oven and to start cooking.
To cook food using the convection mode
Press STOP/CLEAR.
Select convection mode by using FUNCTION dial, and press Enter/Clock.

Select a desired temperature by using CONTROL dial, press Enter/Clock.
Select a desired time by using CONTROL dial, and press START/Q-START.
Always use gloves when removing food and accessories after cooking as the oven and accessories will be very hot.
The low rack can be used in convection, and convection combination cooking. Place the low rack on the glass tray.
The convection oven has a temperature range of 40 7, 100-230 7
The oven has a ferment function at the oven temperature of 40 7. You may wait until the oven is cool because you cannot use a ferment function if the oven temperature is over 40 7.
It is available to extend the cooking time up to 9 hours in the condition of 40 7 at convection function for the operating microwave oven.
