The Convertible function allows you to use the freezer as a fridge.
When the Convertible function is activated, the automatic icemaker turns off and the temperature of the freezer is set to 3 7.
When the Convertible function is activated, the Pantry Drawer in the fridge automatically switches to Vegetables mode and cannot be set to other modes until the Convertible function is deactivated.
Before activating the Convertible function, remove any food items from the freezer that require freezing.
After activating the Convertible function, any remaining ice should be removed from the ice maker. If the ice is not removed, a buzzer will sound. If the buzzer sounds, follow the instructions below.
Open the left freezer door fully.
Press the button a to release any remaining ice from the automatic icemaker.
Pull out the freezer drawer to its full extension and empty the ice bucket.
Before deactivating the Convertible function, refit the ice bucket in the reverse order of the removal process.
When the Convertible function is deactivated, the automatic ice maker will turn on automatically. Make sure the ice bucket is in its proper position before deactivating the Convertible function. If the ice bucket is not installed, ice may accumulate in the freezer drawer.
If the ice is still not removed after a certain period of time, the icemaker will automatically release the ice and the buzzer will stop.
