Removing the Left Fridge Door

  • The water supply line is connected to the top right part at the back of the appliance. Hold the water supply connection and gently push down on the collet a to detach the water supply line then unscrew the plastic tube cover for easy tube removal. When refitting the door ensure that the supply line in firmly pushed in all the way so that only one black line can be seen on the pipe. Failure to do so could cause a major water leak.

  • Pull out the water supply lines f. Disconnect all the wire harnesses g. Unscrew the ground wire h.

    Note
    • The number of water supply lines may vary depending on the model.

  • Rotate the hinge lever i counterclockwise. Lift the top hinge j free of the hinge lever latch k.

    Caution
    • When lifting the hinge free of the latch, be careful that the door does not fall forward.

  • Lift the door from the middle hinge pin and remove the door.

    Caution
    • Place the door, inside facing up, on a nonscratching surface.
