Allergy Care refers to a function that combines the Ionizer and UVnano.

The fan for producing wind in the product is sterilized with UVnano LED, so you can use the product without concern.
UVnano is a compound word of “UV” LEDs that reduce harmful bacteria and “nanometers” as in the ultraviolet wavelength unit.
The UVnano LED will operate at certain intervals to sterilize the internal fan while the air purifier is operating.
UVnano fan sterilization stops if you turn off the air purifier.
If there is a problem with the UVnano function, the allergy care icon on the status display will blink for 3 minutes. Check if the filter and air intake (cover) are properly installed.
If the allergy care icon continues to blink even after normal installation, contact the LG Electronics Service Center.
