General Tips for Models with an Agitator

If the appliance uses a tall, vertical spindle in the drum, follow these instructions when loading the washer.

• For best performance, load clothes as shown.

  

• To reduce tangling, load items loosely in even piles surrounding the agitator.

  

• Do not load a single bulky item unless it fills the drum. Load several small bulky items around the agitator to balance the load.

  

• Do not load bulky items such as pet beds that are too large or stiff to move easily around the agitator. Impeding the motion of the drum or agitator could cause damage to the items or the washer.
