LG Chatbot

LG Chatbot is an Artificial Intelligence chatting consultation app that can be used to find the cause of failures and solve them.

Tip:

LG Chatbot is provided as an UWP app and, if deleted, can be reinstalled through the Microsoft Store. If you want to delete and reinstall it, connect to Microsoft Store ans search for LG Chatbot and install it.

To use LG Chatbot, your PC must be connected to the internet.

Using LG Chatbot

  1. Press the [] button to run [LG Chatbot].

    Tip:

    Double-click the [] icon on the right side of the taskbar to run [LG Chatbot].

  2. When the following screen appears, press [Next] > [Start Chat] button.

  3. When the following screen appears asking for your consent to the collection and use of personal information, press the [I Agree] button.

  4. When LG Chatbot is executed, start chatting with the counselor.

    Tip:

    Press the [Chat with a Counselor] button to chat with a counselor.
