Once you have completed the installation of the appliance, use this test to make sure the appliance is operating properly. This test should be performed to alert you to any serious problems with the appliance.
Close the dryer door and press the Power button to turn the dryer on. Press the Time Dry and Start/Pause buttons to start the test. The air inside the drum should be warm after the dryer has been operating for 3 minutes.
Do not load anything in the drum for this test, as it may affect the accuracy of the results.
Press the Power button and then press and hold the Wrinkle Care and Less Time buttons.
This button sequence activates the installation test. The code 1Ns will display if the activation is successful.
Remove the filters, hold the flap open, and pour room temperature water inside the filter housing until you hear a buzzer (about 24 oz / 700 ml). Reinstall the filter.
Press the Start/Pause button.
The appliance will start the test, which will last a few minutes.
Check the display for results.
If operating normally, the product installation mode is completed without error code.
End of cycle.
At the end of the test cycle, ENd will display. The test cycle will end and the appliance will shut off automatically after a short delay.
Check the error code before you call for service.
