Removing the Top Refrigerator Door

• Remove the top hinge cover screws a. Lift the hook (not visible), located at the bottom of the front side of the cover b, with a Phillips screwdriver.

  

• Remove PCB cover screws c and lift cover d.

  

• Disconnect all wire harnesses e.

  Note

  • The number of wire harnesses may vary depending on the model.

• Remove the top hinge screw f and lift off the top hinge g.

  Caution

  • When lifting the hinge free, be careful that the door does not fall forward.

  

• Lift the door from the middle hinge pin and remove the door.

  Caution

  • Place the door, inside facing up, on a non-scratching surface.
