Using SmartShare
Connect to a USB storage device, home network, etc. with SmartShare to enjoy photos, music and videos on your TV.
You can easily locate your desired content by navigating through the folder structures on the connected devices.
  1. Press HOME button on the remote control and select My App button at the bottom right of the screen.
  2. Start the SmartShare app.
  3. Select your desired device. Select a file or folder.

  1. : Refreshes the list of connected devices.

  1. DivX icon : Registers or releases DivX.
    You can view the DivX registration code required for the playback of DRM-protected DivX videos.
    Register your TV at http://vod.divx.com. Using your registration code, you can rent or purchase movies at www.divx.com/vod.
    If you use the DivX registration code for another device, you cannot play purchased or rented videos on your TV. Please use the DivX registration code given to this product.
    Files that were not converted in accordance with DivX codec standards may result in broken audio/video when played back or may not play altogether.
  2. : You can view content by type.
Up to 1,000 content files are displayed in a folder.
Viewing Photos
You can enjoy photos in full screen.
  1. Press HOME button on the remote control and select My App button at the bottom right of the screen.
  2. Start the SmartShare app.
  3. Select your desired device.
  4. Select your desired photos and enjoy.
    Press at the top of the screen and select Photos. You can view photos by type.

Play Photo on SmartShare

  1. You can view a list.
  2. You can control basic photo playback functions.
  3. You can enlarge photos.
Playing Back Videos
You can control playback and set options during video playback.
  1. Press HOME button on the remote control and select My App button at the bottom right of the screen.
  2. Start the SmartShare app.
  3. Select your desired device.
  4. Select your desired videos and enjoy.
    Press at the top of the screen and select Videos. You can view videos by type.
You can resume playback of a video file you have already started.

Play Video on SmartShare

  1. You can view a list.
  2. You can control basic video playback functions.
  3. You can set further options.
Cautions for Video Playback
Some user-made subtitles may not display properly.
The video and subtitle files must be put in the same folder. For subtitles to be displayed properly, make sure that the video and subtitle files have the same name.
Subtitles on a Network Attached Storage (NAS) device may not be supported depending upon the manufacturer and model.
Streams including Global Motion Compensation (GMC) and Quarterpel Motion Estimation (Qpel) are not supported.
HEVC Main10 Profile may not be supported, depending upon the model.
Playable file sizes may vary depending upon the encoding condition.
Only Window Media Audio V7 and above are supported.
The AAC Main profile is not supported.
Video files created by some encoders may not play.
Video files in a different format than specified may not play properly.
Video files stored on a USB storage device that does not support High Speed may not play properly.
The TV supports the DTS audio codec during USB/HDMI video file playback.
Playing Back Music
Start SmartShare to enjoy music.
You can control playback and set options during music playback.
  1. Press HOME button on the remote control and select My App button at the bottom right of the screen.
  2. Start the SmartShare app.
  3. Select your desired device.
  4. Select your desired music and enjoy.
    Press at the top of the screen and select Music. You can view music by type.

Play Music on SmartShare

  1. repeat music : Plays one track without repetition. / : Plays all tracks on repeat. / : Plays only one track on repeat.
  2. play music in random : You can listen to music in a random order. / : You can listen to music in order.
You can also control playback with Rewind button, Play button, Fast forward Button on an ordinary remote control.
