Strange vibration or noise
Strange vibration or noise caused by not removing the plastic drum support or shipping bolts.
Remove the plastic drum support a and shipping bolts b.
When stacked on a pedestal, if all screws are not installed properly, it may cause excessive vibration.
Install 4 screws at each corner (total 16 ea).
Water Leaking
Leakage caused by dirt (hair, lint) on the rubber door gasket and door seal area.
Clean the gasket and door seal regularly.
The gasket is damaged because the clothes are jammed between the door glass and the gasket.
Replace gasket or call for service.
Drain hose has come out of the drain connector or is not inserted far enough.
Tie drain hose to inlet hose or standpipe to prevent it from coming out during drain.
Water supply hose is improperly installed or using other brand supply hose.
Make sure the inlet hoses are properly installed. If not, reinstall them.
Water in the washer does not drain or drains slowly.
The drain pump filter is clogged.
Clean the drain filter.
Washer is not filling properly.
Filter is clogged.
Remove foreign objects and soak the filters in white vinegar or a lime scale remover.
Leaving detergent in the detergent dispenser drawer for an extended period of time or using the washer for a long period of time may cause the build-up of residue in the detergent dispenser drawer.
Clean the inserts and drawer with warm water.
The water tap is not turned on.
Turn on the water tap.
Washer is hot or warm after finished washing.
Supply hoses are installed in reverse.
Attach the hot water inlet hose to the hot water inlet, and the cold water inlet hose to the cold water inlet.
Washer will not turn on.
Power cord is not fully plugged in, or electrical outlet has a problem.
Securely connect the power cord or have the outlet repaired.
Service resulting from improper installation is not covered.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Costs are incurred for:
Service trips to deliver, pick up, install the product or for instruction on product use, or the removal and reinstallation of the product.
Banging noise when the washer is filling with water. (Water hammer)
Household water supply pressure is very high.
Adjust household water supply regulator to a lower pressure or contact a plumber.
