For some websites (public institutions, financial websites, etc.) and applications that use ActiveX, we recommend that you install and use an ActiveX-enabled web browser separately.
Windows 11 does not support Internet Explorer.
Set Internet Explorer compatibilities in Microsoft Edge as follows.
Run [Microsoft Edge] and select the

Select [Add] in the [Default Browser] > [Internet Explorer Mode Pages] item.
Enter the website address and select [Add].
Visit the website and check if the problem is resolved.
