Cleaning the Air Cleaning Filter (On Some Models)
The number and location of parts may vary depending on the model of the appliance.
Features may change depending on the model type.
Type 1
Turn off the power to the appliance.
Remove the air filter from the indoor unit.
Remove the air cleaning filter from the indoor unit.
Clean the filter using a vacuum cleaner.
Insert the air cleaning filter.
Assemble the air filter.
Check the side of the front cover to make sure that the air filter are assembled correctly.
Type 2
Turn off the power to the appliance.
Remove the air filters from the indoor unit.
Remove the air cleaning filter from the indoor unit.
Clean the filter using a vacuum cleaner.
Insert the air cleaning filter.
Assemble the air filters.
Check the side of the front cover to make sure that the air filters are assembled correctly.
