Sabbath mode is typically used on the Jewish Sabbath and Holidays. When the Sabbath mode is activated, the oven does not turn off until the Sabbath mode is deactivated. In Sabbath mode, all oven function buttons are inactive. Sabbath and set temperature will appear in the display.
The Sabbath mode normally allows the customer only to keep the food warm because it is forbidden to work on Sabbath and also to prepare meals.
In Sabbath mode, the oven operates in Bottom heat mode and the temperature can be set from 30 °C to 250 °C.
When Sabbath mode is enabled, the appliance can be used without having to be powered on or turned off, which is prohibited during the setting time.
While the oven is in Sabbath mode, the following functions are disabled:
Temperature Adjustments, Cooking Time, Display, Oven Light On/Off, Alarm Functions and Wi-Fi.
Press Settings at the right bottom of the Main Menu screen, then press Sabbath.
Press Temperature to set the desired temperature. Press J or K to raise or lower the temperature, then press ! to save the settings.
You can also use the number pad icon to set the temperature directly, then press OK.
If desired, press Cook Time to set the cook time. Press J or K to raise or lower the numbers, then press ! to save the settings.
You can also use the number pad icon to set the temperature directly, then press OK.
Press START.
To stop the Sabbath mode, press the Power On/Off button on the control panel.
If a cook time is set, the oven turns off automatically at the end of the cook time, without chiming. The oven remains in Sabbath mode.
If no cook time is set, the oven will not automatically turn off.
After a power failure, the display will turn back on in Sabbath mode, but the oven will be off.
