Operation Overview

Oven Rack Position

The Oven Rack Positions are numbered from the bottom up.

There are rack positions from the lowest position, position 1, to position 4.

Automatic ignition with flame failure safety device (gas control)

The appliance is fitted with a flame failure safety device on each burner, which is designed to stop the flow of gas to the burner head in the event of the flame going out.

To Ignite a Burner

  • Open the oven door. Then Press the burner control knob firmly and turn it to the MAX position.

    • Turning clockwise ignite the grill burner.

    • Turning counterclockwise ignite the bake burner.

    Note

    • Once the flame appears, keep pressing the knob for about 15 seconds to ensure stable ignition.

    • If the burner does not ignite within 15 seconds, stop operating the device immediately. Open the oven door and wait at least 1 minute before attempting ignition again.

    • For safety reasons, this product will not ignite when the oven door is closed. Please check if the flame catches with the door open, then close the door.

  • After holding for 15 seconds, turn the control knob to adjust the flame to the desired level. The operating range must remain between the maximum and minimum positions. Then close the door.

  • To shut off the burner, return the control knob to its initial position.

Note

  • In case of power failure, the burners can be lit by carefully using a match.

Using the Lamp

The lamp lights up in all modes adjusted by the right knob.

Using the Timer (Only WSG3D6011G)

Turn the timer knob clockwise to set the desired time. The timer can be set for up to 60 minutes.

Note

  • When the timer finishes, a signal will sound.

  • The timer function does not affect the oven’s operation.

Using the Rotary Spit

The rotary spit can be used to cook joints such as rolled joints and poultry with excellent results. The meat is roasted thoroughly and evenly. Use the rotary spit with the grill.

  • Place the baking tray in the lowest rack position.

  • Install the first fork on the spit by tightening the screw. Then put the meat and install the second fork to fix the meat.

  • Insert the spit into the rotary motor hole. Then, align the spit's rotating part with the rack and remove the rotary spit handle.

  • Turn the right knob to activate the rotary motor. Turn the left knob clockwise to activate the grill burner.

  • After cooking, stop the burner and rotary motor.

Warning

  • Remove the plastic handle from the skewer by rotating it before closing the oven’s door.

  • Remove the cable ties between the rack and spit before use.

  • Be careful when you use the rotary spit. The forks and the spit are sharp.

  • Use oven gloves when you remove the rotary spit. The rotary spit and the grill are hot.
