Noise

Cause

Some level of noise is normal during operation.

Solution
  • Detergent cover opening.

  • Drain pump at the beginning of drain cycle.

Cause

The appliance is not level.

Solution
  • Adjust leveling feet.

Cause

Nozzle arm knocking against dishes.

Solution
  • Reposition the dishes.

Cause

Water pressure is too high.

Solution
  • Adjust water pressure.

Cause

Is the amount of cutlery in the cutlery basket or cutlery rack small?

Solution
  • There is no problem with the product due to noise generated by the small amount of tableware, so use it with confidence.

Appliance will not operate.

Cause

Door is not completely closed.

Solution
  • Level the appliance again.

Cause

Power supply or power cord is not connected.

Solution
  • Connect the power supply or cord properly.

Cause

When the Control Lock feature is activated, the display code CL will show on the display.

Solution
  • Deactivate the Control Lock button.

  • Press and hold Half Load and Energy Saver simultaneously for 3 seconds to activate or deactivate this feature.

Cause

Fuse is blown or circuit breaker tripped.

Solution
  • Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker.

Appliance continuously beeps when the door is opened, during or right after a cycle has completed.

Cause

The contents of the appliance are hot and care should be used when placing your hands inside the appliance.

Solution
  • Close the door until the appliance and dishes have cooled down. The beeping will stop if the door is closed or the interior temperature has cooled.

Water remains in sump after completion of cycle.

Cause

Drain hose is kinked or clogged.

Solution
  • Adjust hose or clear blockage.

Cause

Water may remain if the power supply was lost before normal end of the course or was manually disconnected.

Solution
  • Re-start the course.

Sprays arms do not rotate smoothly.

Cause

Holes of spray arms are blocked by food particles.

Solution
  • Clean the holes of spray arms.

Upper rack is crooked.

Cause

Rack is poorly adjusted.

  • See the Height Adjustable Upper Rack section.

Lamps do not illuminate.

Cause

Power is not connected.

Solution
  • Connect power supply.

There is excessive foam inside the appliance.

Cause

Failure to use the detergent exclusive for appliance.

Solution
  • Use the detergent exclusive for appliance.

Cause

An excessive amount of rinse may cause foam.

Solution
  • Reduce the rinse aid dispensing level.

Detergent is left in the detergent dispenser.

Cause

Unbalanced upper rack.

Solution
  • Adjust the left/right height of the upper rack.

Cause

Detergent may not be dispensed because poor stacking of the dishes prevent automatic opening of the detergent dispenser.

Solution
  • Correctly arrange the dishes and always dry out the dispenser before adding new detergent so that it does not clump together.

Water leaks outside the appliance.

Cause

The door may not be closed due to tilted appliance. In this case a water leak may occur.

Solution
  • Check the levelling by adjust the leg.

Cause

Wrong installation of drainage hose may cause water leak.

Solution
  • Check the connecting part of drainage hose.

Cause

If the power is off, a water leak may be caused by a poor connection to the tap.

  • Check the connection water supply hose.

Drops of water forming under the sink shelf.

Cause

Is there moisture accumulation under the bench top?

Solution
  • During the automatic door opening function, high temperature steam will be emitted from the tub and will condense on the surfaces directly above the washer.

  • Condensation that has formed under the bench top naturally evaporates and disappears after a certain period of time.

  • However, if the bench top is made of wood or MDF, then aluminum tape must be attached to its underside at the location of the washer to prevent the timber from swelling and long term damage such as rot.
