Service requests due to the installation or use of an operating system that is not provided by LG Electronics
Adjustment or upgrading of the BIOS settings due to the installation of a third-party software or hardware
Service requests due to third-party software or hardware
Malfunction due to a virus or malicious code
Malfunction due to external environment such as Internet or network
Third-party software installation request. Malfunction due to a third-party software (memory, printer settings, HDD, SSD, eMMC, PCMCIA card or ODD errors)

Malfunction due to the use of an illegal software
