When you cannot connect to the network (Internet)

The wireless LAN is not connected.

  1. Check if the wireless LAN function is turned on.

  2. If there is a problem with wireless LAN connection, contact the network administrator or the Internet service provider.

  3. Check if the wireless LAN driver is properly installed.

  4. Refer to LG Easy Guide > [Setup and Upgrade] > [Installing the Driver] to reinstall the wireless LAN driver.

The wired LAN is not connected.

  1. Disconnect the wired LAN cable and reconnect it.

  2. Turn off the network devices (network modem, access point, etc.) and turn them on again.

  3. Check if you can connect to other sites.

    • If you can connect to other sites, it means that the site you are trying to connect has a problem. Try to connect to the site later.

  4. Check if the wired LAN driver is properly installed.

  5. Refer to LG Easy Guide > [Setup and Upgrade] > [Installing the Driver] to reinstall the wired LAN driver.
