When the system freezes while using the Internet (e.g. Internet game)

Press [Ctrl] + [Alt] + [Delete] to open Task Manager and select close the app (not responding).

• If the problem continues even after performing the above procedure, hold down the power button for 10 seconds (models before 2026: 4 seconds) or more to turn off the system, and then restart the system.

This symptom may occur due to problems in the Internet or the Internet service provider.

• If the problem continues, contact the Internet service provider or the game company.

Use the anti-virus software to check if your PC is infected with a virus, malware, or adware.
