For problems related to internet banking or shopping malls, contact the site's customer service center.
For some websites (public institutions, financial websites, etc.) and applications that use ActiveX, we recommend that you install and use an ActiveX-enabled web browser separately.
Windows 11 does not support Internet Explorer.
Set Internet Explorer compatibilities in Microsoft Edge as follows.
Run [Microsoft Edge] and select the [
] icon > [Settings].
In [Default browser], set [Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode (IE mode)] to [Allow].
Restart [Microsoft Edge].
Move to the website to view in the Internet Explorer mode.
Select the [
] icon > [Reload in Internet Explorer Mode].
