Convection Mode
This feature allow you to cook food with hot blast heating.
To preheat the oven
Select Convection by turning the dial and press the dial or START.
Select desired Temperature by turning the dial and press the dial or START.
Select Preheating by turning the dial and press the dial or START. The oven starts to heat.
To cook food using the Convection Mode
Select Convection by turning the dial and press the dial or START.
Select desired Temperature by turning the dial and press the dial or START.
Select desired Cook Time by turning the dial and press the dial or START. The oven starts to heat.
Always use gloves when removing food and accessories after cooking as the oven and accessories will be very hot.
The low rack can be used in convection, and convection combination cooking. Place the low rack on the glass tray.
The convection oven has a temperature range of 100 - 230 7
When cooking you can increase or decrease cooking time by turning the dial.
