The freezer ice basket must be placed in the correct orientation. Failure to do so can damage the ice basket and icemaker.

Remove the ice basket to create more space inside the freezer if you do not use it.

The pad on the bottom of the ice basket is designed to reduce the sound of the ice dropping. Do not remove the pad.

Clean the pad with water and dry it thoroughly before putting it back in place.
