Cleaning the PM1.0 Sensor

Note
  • This process is applicable only when the PM1.0 sensor is installed.

Warning
  • Turn off the power to the appliance before work.

  • Disconnect the power supply to the appliance before work.

  • When cleaning the sensor, be careful not to fall.

  • When removing the sensor corner cover, be careful not to drop the product.

  • Place your fingers in the indicated spots on the sensor case.

  • Open the front grille and pull down the PM1.0 sensor case.

  • Lower the PM1.0 sensor case all the way down and rotate the case to secure it.

  • Open the PM1.0 sensor cover on the side of the case.

  • Wipe off any dust adhering to the lens using a cotton swab slightly moistened with water. Then wipe again with a dry cotton swab to remove moisture.

  • Close the PM1.0 sensor case and return the case to its original position.

Note
  • Clean the PM1.0 sensor every 6 months (based on 8 hours of daily use).

  • The PM1.0 Sensor is only included with the air purification panel.

  • The features may vary by model.
