Installing Stopper Pin
A stopper pin is needed to keep the top cover open from closing on its own.
Using a screwdriver, remove the screw a from the rear side of cooktop.
Place the stopper pin chain b on the bracket and then insert the screw a.
When opening the top cover, insert the stopper pin c into the hole of the top cover bracket.
Caution
Make sure to insert the stopper pin into the hole of the top cover bracket before operating the appliance with the top cover open.
The top cover may be closed on its own and cause injury if the stopper pin is not properly installed.
